about our founder

Phill matured from an entry level recruiter out of college to a top recognized staffing partner the field.  Working within a large competitive agency provided the opportunity to take on leadership positions, eventually overseeing teams of recruiters in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Washington DC who specialize in a variety of different technologies and markets.

After moving around the country (and nearly burning out climbing the corporate ladder) he and his wife have put down roots on the North Shore of Massachusetts where they are raising four children (and two pups).

And with this change, a new chapter of growth begins.
